It offers a user-friendly interface that provides step-by-step guidance to HVAC technicians, making setup procedures more straightforward. The app also ensures secure access to customer data and real-time monitoring of system alerts, contributing to improved problem diagnosis efficiency.

One of its notable features is the Dealer Remote Configuration (DRC) functionality, allowing HVAC companies to remotely access and monitor homeowners' Link or smart thermostats. This capability enables proactive servicing, configuration adjustments, and diagnostic support to guarantee optimal HVAC system performance. The Guided Installation feature simplifies the creation of accurate wiring diagrams and dipswitch settings. Furthermore, the app provides access to product literature, training videos, and calculators that offer additional support to technicians in their daily tasks.

It's important to note that this app does not support onsite BLE connections with Trane ComfortLink™ II systems.
